The Modified Payment Program provides 3rd party rental payee services for single adults in residential hotels in the Tenderloin, Mission and South of Market neighborhoods. Participants have their benefits checks sent directly to THC, where their tenant contribution towards rent is automatically deducted. Rent is then paid on a regular basis through the MPP to the tenant's landlord.

To sign up for the Modified Payments Program your landlord must sign a tenant contract (can we have a down load here). By signing this form your landlord agrees to allow Tenderloin Housing Clinic to act as a 3rd party rent payment service. Once this form is completed, bring it to the Housing Services Office at 472 Turk St.
